myUHCGlobal app and portal

We have made managing plan information as simple as possible for our members. Through our myUHCGlobal app and portal, members can view their member e-card, membership guide and Schedule of Benefits easily. Members can upload claims within 90 seconds and track the progress of each claim from submission to payment smoothly. In addition, myUHCGlobal allows members to navigate our medical network to find suitable healthcare providers and contact us directly through email or phone support. Members can log in by using their member number and password which will be provided as part of the onboarding welcome email experience.

Members can download the app for use on mobile or tablet devices or use the portal for desktop/laptop devices.

Virtual Visits gives you and your family access to doctors’ appointments and medical information at the touch of a button.

It is a secure telemedicine service that allows you to book and have a consultation with a doctor through a desktop or mobile device. From treating colds and fevers, to caring for migraines and allergies or issuing open specialist referrals, Virtual Visits makes connecting with a doctor simple, easy and free while on the move.

Health Management Programme

The Health Management Programme provides personal support if you or your family members are living with chronic health conditions and working abroad. It gives you direct access to a clinician who will become familiar with your case history and get to know the challenges you face in managing your condition.

You will connect with the same clinician whenever you need help managing your health or accessing resources and care. Working with the same clinician enables you to develop a personal relationship and gain confidence that your health is getting the individual attention it deserves.

After becoming familiar with your case history and your personal health needs, your clinician will help you navigate the complexities of your condition and the challenges of finding appropriate care at home or on assignment abroad so you can stay focused and productive to successfully complete your assignment.
