My Wellbeing app

We have partnered with Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company, to bring you Optum My Wellbeing. All our members receive access to the My Wellbeing app once they receive their onboarding welcome email and unique access code for registration.

My Wellbeing helps you to proactively manage your health and well-being by keeping track of your nutrition and fitness and mental well-being.

Feeling competitive, or need extra motivation? You can also set challenges against your work colleagues wherever in the world they may be and gain advice from our online coaching experts to keep you on track to hit your goals.

This app is for members of our company health plans only. Members can download the app for use on mobile or tablet devices or can access a desktop portal version.

The LiveWell portal and app provides access to health and wellness related resources.The portal and app offer an extensive e-library that provides advice, fact sheets, articles and additional resources for a broad range of personal and work related topics.

Access financial wellbeing content, including financial stress assessments, calculators on subjects including buying a home, paying off debt and saving for emergencies. Articles on topics including budgeting, identity theft and retirement are also available.

The integrated mindfulness app offers live daily mindful sessions, 24/7 on-demand content, interactive mindfulness games and it's available in multiple lanuages and relevant to different cultures.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

The EAP confidential and multilingual support service is available to members and dependants anytime and anywhere. The EAP counselling service is available face-to-face, phone call, email or through the online chat service.

A wide range of topics are covered and include challenges that could relate to relationships, work life balance, family issues, workplace concerns, loneliness or cultural challenges.

myUHCGlobal app and portal

We have made managing plan information as simple as possible for our members. Through our myUHCGlobal app and portal, members can view their member e-card, membership guide and Schedule of Benefits easily. Members can upload claims within 90 seconds and track the progress of each claim from submission to payment smoothly. In addition, myUHCGlobal allows members to navigate our medical network to find suitable healthcare providers and contact us directly through email or phone support. Members can log in by using their member number and password which will be provided as part of the onboarding welcome email experience.

Making a claim

On your international health insurance plan, you can submit claims via the myUHCGlobal app or portal in less than 90 seconds:

  • Log into myUHCGlobal app with your Member Number.  If logging in for the first time please click ‘first visit’ and follow the registration steps. You will need your Member Number for this, supplied in your welcome email.
  • Once you are logged in, click the ‘e-claiming’ button to start your claim or click ‘create a reimbursement’.
  • You choose the person the claim is for, name the claim for your reference, for example, ‘Physio visit’ and either take a picture of the receipt on your phone or use the ‘add attachment’ button to upload the invoice receipt.
  • Next enter ‘country, claim value and currency that matches your receipt. Click continue.
  • View and tick the declaration statement, then click send. *(Please note if the claim was the result of an accident please check button to green and fill in details of the accident before you click send).

You will receive a message that your claim is submitted, click ok unless you want to continue to make more claims.

Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits gives you and your family access to doctors’ appointments and medical information at the touch of a button.

It is a secure telemedicine service that allows you to book and have a consultation with a doctor through a desktop or mobile device. From treating colds and fevers, to caring for migraines and allergies or issuing open specialist referrals, Virtual Visits makes connecting with a doctor simple, easy and free while on the move.

Health Management Programme

The Health Management programme provides personal support if you or your family members are living with chronic health conditions and working abroad. It gives you direct access to a clinician who will become familiar with your case history and get to know the challenges you face in managing your condition.

You will connect with the same clinician whenever you need help managing your health or accessing resources and care. Working with the same clinician enables you to develop a personal relationship and gain confidence that your health is getting the individual attention it deserves.

After becoming familiar with your case history and your personal health needs, your clinician will help you navigate the complexities of your condition and the challenges of finding appropriate care at home or on assignment abroad so you can stay focused and productive to successfully complete your assignment. Visit your membership guide for contact details.
