For that reason, we have expanded your access to our Virtual Visits giving our members the possibility to talk to doctors from the safe comfort of their home about both, COVID-19 related and non-COVID-19 related healthcare needs and around the clock.

We have waived member cost-sharing, including copayments and deductibles, for COVID-19 diagnostic testing provided this is at an approved location and in accordance with applicable governmental or public health advice. This applies to both U.S. and Europe expatriate group health insurance policies. By coaching you and your family on healthy behaviours such as fitness and nutrition, Optum My Wellbeing helps and encourages our members to make positive health choices and actively engage in maintaining and improving your well-being, wherever they are in the world.

Employee Assistance Programme

Your Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides support for those everyday challenges and for more serious problems. It’s available around the clock anytime you need it.

Whether you are struggling with stress at work, seeking financial or legal advice, or coping with the death of a loved one, or maybe you just want to strengthen your relationship with your family. Your EAP offers assistance and support for these concerns and more.

As part of your employer benefits plan, we encourage you to access the programme through the Optum My Wellbeing app or portal whenever you need some advice.
